    Brussels Sprout Casserole Recipe

If you don’t think you like brussels sprouts, think again! I’m about to change your mind with this irresistible creamy, cheesy brussels sprout casserole! Because let’s be honest, everything’s better when it involves bacon and cheese. This superfood veggie is first sautéed in bacon fat until it’s flavorful and tender. Then, an incredible luscious sauce with cream, parmesan, lemon zest, crisp bacon, toasted pine nuts, ground pepper, and salt is simmered until rich and thick. Finally, everything is topped with mozzarella and baked until bubbling and golden brown.

As you plan your holiday menu, this tasty brussels sprout casserole is a wonderful addition to the spread! Serve it alongside other favorites, like corn pudding, mashed potatoes, and don’t forget the pumpkin pie! Enjoy for the holidays, but also be sure to work this amazing dish into weekday dinners, since it pairs well with a variety of meat and poultry main dishes. It’s sure to wow your family at the dinner table. You are going to love it!

    Ingredients Needed

If you are looking for a warm and cozy side dish that the entire family will enjoy, this is it. Even if you think that you don’t like brussels sprouts, you should give this recipe a chance. As an added plus, it’s made with just a handful of simple ingredients. Note: exact measurements are in the recipe card at the end of the post.

    • Pine Nuts: Add a lovely crunch! If you’re not a fan of nuts, feel free to omit them.
    • Brussels Sprouts: Cut off the ends and remove any outer leaves that are broken or damaged. Cut each sprout in half lengthwise, so they cook more evenly.
    • Bacon: Use 6 slices of a good thick-cut bacon.
    • Heavy Cream: Half and half will work, but for a super rich, creamy sauce, I recommend heavy whipping cream.
    • Parmesan Cheese: For the best flavor, try grating your own!
    • Lemon Zest: Brightens the dish.
    • Ground Black Pepper: This won’t give any heat but the perfect amount of savory flavor.
    • Mozzarella Cheese: For mozzarella that’s extra flavorful and melts smoothly, skip the pre-shredded bags of cheese and grate your own instead.
    • Salt: Add to taste, to bring all of the delicious flavors in your Brussels sprout casserole together.

    Recipe Tip

When purchasing fresh Brussels sprouts, look for tightly packed sprouts with very few loose leaves on them. Choose dark green sprouts that are firm. Avoid any that are yellow, shriveled, mushy or have black spots. Smaller sprouts tend to be sweeter and are best for quicker cooking times.

How to Make Brussels Sprouts Casserole

These cheesy brussels sprouts only take a few easy steps, and voila, a crowd-pleasing side dish is ready to devour! You are going to love all of its wonderful flavors and textures!

    1. Prep: Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and spray a 2-3 quart baking dish with pan spray.
    2. Toast the Pine Nuts: Add the pine nuts to a large skillet and heat over medium. Stir the pine nuts around every 30 seconds or so to prevent them from burning. Once they become lightly toasted and fragrant, remove them from the pan to cool.
    3. Cook Bacon: Add the bacon to the skillet and heat over medium heat until crisp. Remove to a small bowl lined with a paper towel to drain. Discard all but 2 tablespoons of bacon fat.
    4. Sauté Brussels Sprouts: Add the brussels sprouts to the bacon fat in the skillet and sauté for about 10 minutes, until they are browning and tender.
    5. Make the Sauce: Reduce the heat to medium-low and stir in the cream, parmesan, lemon zest, crisp bacon, toasted pine nuts, ground pepper, and salt to taste. Simmer for 5-10 minutes until the sauce thickens.
    6. Bake: Transfer into the prepared baking dish and top with mozzarella. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until bubbling and the cheese is browned.

    Tips and Variations

Here are some simple tips and ways to make this brussels sprout casserole recipe your own! This is a family-favorite side dish, and I know your family will love it too!

    • One Pan Recipe: For less dishes, use an oven safe skillet! Top with cheese and bake as directed.
    • Add More Lemon: The lemon in this dish adds a nice brightness against the heaviness of the bacon, cream, and cheese. If you really love lemon I recommend increasing the amount to 2 teaspoons.
    • Different Cheese Option: Instead of parmesan and mozzarella, you may substitute for other flavorful, melty cheeses such as sharp white cheddar or gruyere.
    • Make It Vegetarian: If you would like to make this dish vegetarian, simply omit the bacon and use 2 tablespoons of olive oil to sauté the Brussel sprouts instead of bacon fat.

    Storing Leftover Brussels Sprout Casserole

    • In the Refrigerator: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
    • To Reheat: Reheat in a 350 degree Fahrenheit oven for 15-20 minutes, until heated through.
    • Make ahead! Follow the steps until you transfer it into the baking dish. Let it cool, cover with plastic wrap or foil, and store in the fridge for up to 24 hours. When ready to cook it, remove the cover and bake without cheese for 15-20 minutes until heated through. Top with mozzarella and bake for another 10-15 minutes, until bubbling and the cheese is browned.

    A Reader’s Review

I’ve never been much of a fan of French Fries but experimenting with my Air Fryer your recipe looked interesting so tonight I tried it out. WOW, the taste was amazing. I do believe you’ve made an addict out of me. Didn’t think French Fries could taste this good. Thanks so much for posting your recipe. I’ll certainly be sharing it for others to enjoy.

    Air Fryer Fries Ingredients

Making these fries is a cinch. Just a few simple ingredients for fries that are both wholesome and delicious. A win-win! You’re never going to want to go back to deep-frying. Air fryers even work for other appetizers like egg rolls and onion rings! They’re seriously the best!

    • Potatoes: I like to use Russets for a fluffy texture on the inside.
    • OIive Oil: A heart-healthy oil that adds a bit of tasty, earthy flavor. Olive oil also helps your potatoes crisp up perfectly.
    • Italian Seasoning: Makes everything taste great. It’s my favorite blend of herbs!
    • Parmesan: So your air fryer French fries have a little melted cheesy goodness.
    • Salt and Pepper: All to taste!

How to Make French Fries in an Air Fryer

With just a fraction of the oil used in deep-frying, these are the ideal snack for anyone trying to eat healthier without sacrificing flavor! Give your loved ones the taste they crave with an appetizer that’s also heart healthy.

    1. Preheat Oven, Cut Potatoes: Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees Fahrenheit. Then slice the potatoes using a fry cutter, or manually cut them into 1/4-inch strips.
    2. Rinse and Dry: Rinse the potato slices in cold water and then pat dry with a paper towel.
    3. Toss With Seasonings: Then in a medium-sized bowl toss with olive oil, Italian seasoning, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
    4. Air Fry: Place the fries into the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
    5. Toss, Continue Cooking: Toss the fries halfway through the cooking process so the fries get evenly cooked.
    6. Enjoy: Serve with ketchup, fry sauce, or your other favorite dipping sauce.

    Work in Small Batches!

Getting the perfect crispiness means not over-crowding the air fryer. You may have to work in small batches because that’s essential to allow the air to circulate around all the potatoes.

Rinsing, cutting, and cooking the fries.

How Does an Air Fryer Make Them Crispy?

Similar to a convection oven, air fryers circulate hot air to cook the food. This process produces a crispy product without the added oil or extra calories of deep fat frying. It also cooks at a high speed, faster than a regular oven if you’re not already convinced! It’s compact and won’t heat your whole kitchen either. Plus, it won’t sacrifice flavor even though it slashes fat and calories. A total win.

Tips and Variations for Homemade French Fries

Delicious air fryer French fries made even better with these simple tips and variations:

    • Potatoes: Experiment with potato varieties. There are lots of different kinds of potatoes, each with unique properties. See which one you like best. Similarly, you can peel them or leave the peel on, however you like them!
    • Even Slices: Cut the potatoes evenly so they are all the same size. This way they will also cook more evenly.
    • Rinse or Soak: Whether you choose to just rinse your potatoes or soak them for up to 15 minutes, it’s important you don’t skip this step. It rinses some of the starch away allowing the potatoes to get nice and crispy. Just make sure you dry them really well, soggy potatoes equals soggy fries.
    • Spices: There are so many different spices to try: black pepper, smoked paprika, chili powder, cumin, ranch seasoning, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder and rosemary, let your imagination run wild.

    Storing Leftovers

Although they might not be as crispy as when they were freshly made, your fries will keep in the fridge for up to 5 days and 2 months in the freezer. Just make sure they’re in a sealed, airtight container or bag.

To Reheat: Bring refrigerated or frozen fries close to room temperature. Reheat at 425 degrees Fahrenheit in the oven or in the air fryer for about 5 minutes or until they are the texture and temperature you want. Then enjoy all over again with your favorite sauces! Fry sauce is always a good choice, but I have really been liking this copycat Cane’s sauce recently.

    Cornmeal FAQS

Homemade cornbread uses cornmeal, and that gives it a perfect yellow color and also a delicious texture! Here are some quick substitution options if you don’t have any cornmeal on hand.

    • What is Cornmeal? Cornmeal is a meal ground from dried maize. It is a common staple food and is ground to fine, medium, and coarse consistencies, but not as fine as wheat flour. In the United States, very finely ground cornmeal is referred to as corn flour.
    • What Can I Substitute with Cornmeal? If cornmeal is used in a recipe for its texture, you may use substitutes, like semolina, breadcrumbs, or ground oats. If you are not particular about the texture, you may try rice flour, wheat flour, or even tapioca.

    How to Make Cornbread Muffins

If you want to make this cornbread perfect for on-the-go, try making it into muffins instead!

    1. Prep: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease muffin tins or line a muffin pan with muffin liners and set aside.
    2. Mix: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugar. Add in the eggs and buttermilk and stir until combined.
    3. Whisk: In another large mixing bowl, whisk together cornmeal, flour, baking soda, powder, and sat. Add the wet ingredients to the bowl and stir until combined. The batter will be lumpy.
    4. Bake: Add the batter evenly into the prepared muffin pan, filling each cup about 3/4 full. Bake for 13 to 15 minutes, or until the tops are set and golden. Cool the muffins for a few minutes in the pan, then serve warm.

**Note: The muffins will not have a dome shape like a cupcake. They will be more of a flat top.

    Storing Leftovers

    • How Long Does Cornbread Last? Properly stored, freshly baked cornbread will last for about 1 to 2 days at normal room temperature. Freshly baked cornbread will keep well for about 1 week in the fridge when stored in an airtight container.
    • Can You Freeze Cornbread? Yes, you can definitely freeze cornbread. Cut it into squares and place it in an airtight container. If you are layering the cornbread, place parchment paper between the layers to avoid it sticking. Defrost the cornbread by letting it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes or so.

    What is Cowboy Candy?

Cowboy candy is a spicy-sweet condiment that’s made from jalapeño peppers. The jalapeños are sliced and then candied in a mix of sugars, vinegar, and spices. If you’ve never tried cowboy candy before, I can see how it may seem like an unusual combination of flavors, but trust me on this one. It’s amazing! You can use it as a topping for nachos, in salads, on burgers, or even in appetizers to add a flavorful kick to your favorite dishes.

This is one condiment you won’t be able to get enough of. Swap out your typical relish and use cowboy candy instead! It has sweetness, spice, and everything nice! You’ll be addicted after you try it. It makes any dish taste gourmet and gives it the best complex flavor.

    Ingredients in Cowboy Candy

Each of these ingredients adds its own flair to cowboy candy, creating that perfect blend of spicy, sweet, and a little extra something that makes it so tasty!

    • Jalapeno Peppers: Slice them up! Then when they’re cooked, they bring the heat that gives cowboy candy its spicy flavor.
    • Granulated Sugar: This is the sweet stuff that balances out the spicy jalapeños.
    • Brown Sugar: Adds a cozy, caramel-like sweetness to the mix.
    • Apple Cider Vinegar: Adds a little tanginess, keeping the flavor exciting and complementing the sweetness of the sugars.
    • Garlic: For a savory kick.
    • Chili Powder: Adds more spice and a deeper chili taste. Adjust depending on how hot you want your cowboy candy to be.
    • Turmeric Powder: Adds a golden color and also gives the cowboy candy a subtle earthy flavor.
    • Celery Seed (Optional): If you like a hint of crunch and a gentle celery taste, this is your guy. Optional, but adds a nice twist!

    How to Make It

Now that you’ve got all of the ingredients lined up, here’s how to make a tasty batch of cowboy candy. You’re going to want to put this spicy-sweet condiment on everything!

    1. Prepare Jalapenos: Cut off the jalapeño stems then slice them into uniform 1/8-1/4 inch rounds. Set aside. I recommend using gloves when working with hot peppers!
    2. Sugar Mixture: In a medium saucepan, add the sugars, vinegar, garlic and spices. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar dissolves, about 6 minutes.
    3. Cook Jalapenos: Add the jalapeños, reduce the heat to medium and simmer until the peppers start to look shrunken and glossy, about 6-8 minutes.
    4. Add to a Jar: Transfer the jalapeños to a pint-sized mason jar or glass container using a slotted spoon.
    5. Cover With Syrup: Use a ladle to pour the leftover syrup over the jalapeños until they are submerged. Don’t fill them too much with the syrup because it will spill over when you add the lid.
    6. Store in the Fridge: Cool to room temperature before covering with a lid and refrigerating.
6-photo collage of the jalapenos being sliced and cooked in a sugar mixture.

    Tips and Variations

Make your own perfect batch of cowboy candy with these simple tips! Everyone will wonder what the secret ingredient is when you add it to your favorite meals.

    • Adjust the Spice Level: Control the spiciness by adjusting the amount of jalapeños you use. You can also use less chili powder or omit it entirely.
    • Using Different Peppers: Get creative and use a mix of peppers like serrano, poblano, or even bell peppers to add different flavors and heat levels. This is a great way to use up leftovers in the fridge.
    • Other Sweeteners: Try using honey or maple syrup instead of granulated or brown sugar to experiment with different flavors.
    • For Smoky Flavor: Add a dash of liquid smoke or smoked paprika to give your cowboy candy an irresistible taste!

How Long Does Cowboy Candy Last?

The good news is, cowboy candy has a nice, long shelf life! Keep it in an airtight jar in the fridge. It will stay good for 2-3 months, or 6 months to a year if it has been properly sealed and canned.

    • Flour: Helps thicken the creamy sauce for your potatoes.
    • Salt and Pepper: Potatoes ALWAYS need salt and pepper to taste.
    • Garlic: Garlic adds a strong, savory, and delicious flavor. Use fresh garlic because your potatoes will have the best flavor!
    • Shallot: I LOVE to use shallots instead of onions, but onions are also delicious.
    • Parsley: Fresh parsley for flavor and garnish.
    • Sharp Cheddar Cheese: Cheddar cheese is the best cheese for melting and is great in potato recipes.
    • Parmesan Cheese: Freshly grated Parmesan cheese brings a sharp, nutty, and savory flavor to the dish. It forms a golden and crispy crust on top when baked, adding a delightful texture.

    Helpful Tips and Variations

Although au gratin potatoes are fairly easy to make, here are a few extra tips to keep in mind so they turn out perfectly. Follow these tips below because you’ll be a pro at making the best potatoes!

    • Uniform Slices: The potatoes need to be sliced nice and thin. It’s also important that they are all cut to the same width. Using a sharp knife will help with this. If you have some thick slices and some thin slices, the potatoes will bake unevenly. The thicker slices won’t be cooked through, but the thinner slices could cook too much and turn into mashed potatoes.
    • Use a Mandolin SlicerIf you have one of these on hand it will make the slicing process fly by quickly, just be careful with your fingers.
    • Switch Up the Cheese: Take the cheesy flavors to the next level by using Gruyere cheese or smoked gouda in place of the cheddar. Talk about YUMMY!
    • More Mix-Ins: Make these potatoes your own! Try adding bacon, chives, green onions, or other herbs like fresh thyme or rosemary.

    Leftovers Callout Title

Prepare these potatoes ahead of time then bake them when you’re ready so they’re nice and warm. Au gratin potatoes also make great leftovers for lunch or dinner the next day! Just let them cool down completely then transfer them to an airtight container. Leftovers won’t last long because they are just that good!

    • In the Refrigerator: Store leftovers in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
    • To Reheat: Reheat potatoes in the microwave until warmed through, or in the oven for about 10 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

    • Cornbread Tips: Make the cornbread ahead of time to make assembly a breeze.  Allow it to cool before cutting. Store-bought cornbread makes it even easier! I love this recipe!
    • Layer the Salad: Traditionally this salad is assembled by laying it in a clear large bowl. It’s fun to see all the layers and ingredients this way!
    • Switch Up the Beans: I use pinto beans in this recipe, but black beans are a great alternative in this salad. You can also use kidney beans, white beans, or whatever beans are your favorite. Beans add protein and a meaty texture to the salad.
    • Add Different Veggies: Add chopped bell peppers or red onion for added flavor and texture. Grilled corn would also be delish!

Panera Bread Copycat Fuji Apple Chicken

This salad has been on my list of things to make for over a year now. I’m honestly shocked that I haven’t made it until now! It’s so delicious, light, and refreshing. When I was at the store just the other day I noticed these apple chips. I know that Panera Bread uses crisp, thin apples in their salad for a delicious and sweet crunch. Buying these apple chips makes prep that much easier and brings you an unforgettable salad in minutes. (Although if you’re up to the challenge, try making your own apple chips at home! I have recipes for making them both in the air fryer and oven.)

I love everything that is in this Fuji apple chicken salad. Fresh spring greens, crunchy pecans, tomatoes, crispy apple slices… everything comes together in this salad to make it so flavorful and with so many unique and delicious textures. The dressing on top is also incredible. It’s a golden balsamic honey Dijon dressing that makes this salad that much better. No need to stop at Panera when you can recreate this salad at home! (And make it taste even better than the real thing!)

Ingredients for Panera’s Fuji Apple Salad

Let’s dive into the magic of a homemade Panera Bread favorite: the Fuji apple chicken salad. It’s a mix of tasty ingredients like juicy chicken, fresh greens, and flavorful apple and cranberry! We’ll take a closer look at each ingredient and how they come together to make this tasty salad (and homemade dressing). Get ready to recreate that Panera goodness in your own kitchen! Note: exact measurements are in the recipe card below.

    • Chicken Breasts: The main protein, making the salad more filling. Use precooked chicken for easy prep. I love this shredded chicken recipe!
    • Spring Greens: Fresh, leafy mixed greens for a crunchy base.
    • Cherry Tomatoes: Sliced in half, cherry tomatoes add both vibrant color and bursts of juicy sweetness.
    • Red Onion: So the salad has a zesty crunch and a touch of sharpness.
    • Toasted Pecan Halves: Add a toasty, nutty flavor and also give the fuji apple chicken salad a satisfying crunch.
    • Apple Chips: Whether you use store-bought or homemade, apple chips infuse the salad with a delightful apple flavor and a satisfying crispiness.
    • Feta Cheese: Crumbled feta cheese brings a creamy and slightly tangy element to the mix. It’s a great contrast to the other sweet ingredients. Gorgonzola cheese is another great option.
    • Dried Cranberries: For some tart fruitiness!

    For the Vinaigrette:

    • Extra-Virgin Olive Oil: Smooth, mild oil for the dressing’s base.
    • White Balsamic Vinegar: A slightly tangy vinegar to add some zing.
    • Apple Cider Vinegar: A fruity vinegar to enhance the apple theme. You can also use apple juice concentrate.
    • Garlic: You can’t go wrong with garlic! It helps to balance out the sweetness of the salad.
    • Dijon Mustard: Dijon mustard adds a hint of sharpness to the dressing and also helps bind all the ingredients together.
    • Honey: For a little extra sweetness and a dressing that sticks to the greens perfectly.

    Tips and Variations

Homemade salads are so easy to customize! Here are a few ideas to get you started.

    • Chicken for Easy Prep: If you’re short on time, you can use rotisserie chicken or leftover grilled chicken. Just shred or dice it and then toss it into the salad.
    • Use Fresh Apples: Don’t have apple chips or just want them fresh? Slice up a Fuji apple for a crunchy, natural twist.
    • Nut Options: Not a fan of pecans? Try walnuts or almonds for a different nutty flavor.
    • Different Greens: Experiment with different greens like spinach, arugula, or a mix for unique flavors and textures.
    • Adjust Your Dressing: Adjust the dressing’s sweetness by adding more or less honey, depending on your taste preference.

    Storing Leftovers

Fuji apple chicken salad will last in the fridge for about 2 to 3 days in an airtight container. If possible, I recommend storing your greens, mix-ins, and dressing separately. This way, the dressing doesn’t make the salad soggy or wilted.

    The Best Apple Bread Recipe

Fall baking is one of my absolute favorite times to be in the kitchen. (Now I’m just waiting for the temperatures to finally cool down!) When apples come into season I always have to prepare a batch of this delicious apple bread. It’s so delicious and the perfect mix of hearty and indulgent. So much so that it doubles as both a breakfast and dessert!

This really is the best apple bread recipe. It’s so simple and has a super soft texture. Spread some creamy cinnamon honey butter over a slice of warmed bread and you’ll be in fall heaven. You may want to make an extra loaf because this apple bread never lasts long.

What Are the Best Apples for Making Apple Bread?

When baking it’s best to choose a tart and crisp apple instead of a sweet one. This helps to balance the flavor so the apple bread isn’t overly sweet. The best options are Honeycrisp or Granny Smith. These apples can also be found year-round if you’re looking to make this bread outside of the fall season.

    Ingredients in Apple Bread

The simple ingredients in this apple bread are all pantry staples and ones you likely already have on hand. That’s what makes this recipe so great! I recommend stocking up on all of them because they’re common ingredients in many delicious fall recipes. Note: exact measurements are in the recipe card below.

    • All-Purpose Flour: Forms the bread’s body and structure.
    • Granulated and Light Brown Sugar: Sweetness and moisture for a yummy caramelized flavor and softness.
    • Cinnamon: Adds cozy flavor that goes great with apples.
    • Nutmeg: Gives a tasty hint of nutty spice.
    • Baking Soda and Powder: Makes the bread rise and get fluffy.
    • Salt: Balances flavors and makes everything tastier.
    • Eggs: Holds things together and makes the apple bread moist.
    • Oil: So the bread ends up extra moist and tender.
    • Vanilla Extract: For sweet, warm flavor. I recommend using pure vanilla extract or making your own blend.
    • Apples: The star ingredient! They bring sweetness, moisture, and a fruity flavor.

    For the Glaze:

    • Apple Cider: Gives the glaze a punch of apple flavor and also adjusts the consistency.
    • Salted Butter: For richness.
    • Powdered Sugar: Makes the glaze nice and sweet and also gives it a smooth texture.
    • Vanilla Extract: For a little extra warmth.

Do the Apples Have to be Peeled?

Yes. Unfortunately, the peel will begin to separate from the apple during the baking process which will not only create air pockets but also an unappetizing texture. To peel the apples quickly I prefer to use a potato peeler and then just slice them into chunks using a knife.

    3. Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl whisk the eggs, oil, and vanilla. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until combined. This will be a very thick batter.

    Tips and Tricks

Getting ready to whip up a batch of apple bread magic? Before you dive in, here are some tips to ensure it turns out perfectly.

    • Picking Your Apples: When picking apples for this recipe, be sure to select a variety of apple that stands up well to baking. You don’t want your apples to turn to mush. Granny Smith is a tart green apple that is often used in pies and would be great in this recipe, but there are several other kinds that are sweeter if that is your preference. Honeycrisp, Pink Lady, Jonagold, or Braeburn are great options.
    • Don’t Overmix the Wet Ingredients. Once the ingredients appear to be combined stop whisking them and move on to the next step. Overmixing can cause the bread to be too dense and heavy.
    • Split Your Batter: You can split the batter into two 9×5 inch bread pans, but the loaves will be shorter and take less time to bake.
    • Check if Done: Be careful to not underbake your bread. This bread is dense and takes a long time to bake through. Be sure to check the center of it with a toothpick, as baking times will vary depending on your specific oven.
    • Keep Your Oven Closed: Try to avoid opening the oven until you’re sure it’s fully baked. Sometimes a draft can cause the bread to fall if it’s not close to being done.
    • Other Mix-Ins: Feel free to mix in some walnuts or pecans to give your apple bread more texture and nutty flavor.
    • Serve With: Apple bread is delicious on its own, but even better when you slather it with some cinnamon honey butter or apple butter!

    Storing Leftovers

This bread is so good when it’s fresh out of the oven, we never have leftovers of it at my house. If you’re lucky enough to have more than crumbs left, wrap leftover bread in plastic wrap and store at room temperature for up to 4 days.

    Can You Freeze Apple Bread?

Yes! This bread can be frozen by wrapping it in two tight layers of plastic wrap, followed by a layer of aluminum foil. It will keep in the freezer for up to 3 months. Let thaw at room temperature before slicing and serving.
