    Broccoli and Butter Stir Fry

    • 2 tbsp Coconut oil
    • 2 tbsp Butter (Grass-fed)
    • 4 tbsp Onion (Chopped)
    • 3 tbsp Garlic (Chopped)
    • 2 tbsp Salt
    • 1 head Broccoli (chopped into smaller florets)
    • 1/2 tbsp Cinnamon powder
    • 1/2 tbsp Chili powder (p)
    1. Add coconut oil in pan and heat. Once oil is hot, add grass-fed butter and mix till butter melts.

      Add in onions and stir fry till onions turn golden brown.

      Add garlic and stir for a minute or two. Keep heat on low.

      Add cinnamon powder, salt, chili powder and broccoli florets into pan and stir fry on high heat.

      Once you see broccoli is cooked, turn off heat and add the broccoli to a bowl and it’s ready to serve.

    • Blender
    • 2 cups coffee
    • 2 tbsp butter (Grass-fed)
    • 1/4 tbsp Pink salt
    • 1 tbsp MCT oil
    • 1/2 tbsp Cinamon powder
    1. Add 2 cups of hot coffee in a blender. Add in grass-fed butter, pink salt, MCT oil and cinnamon powder.

      Blend mixture.

      Pour and serve.
