Cheddar Ham Souffle’

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 7 oz turkey ham
  • 1 1/4 cups Cheddar chees, grated
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  1. Heat oven to 400F and prepare six ramekins.

  2. Heat the oil in a skilled and add the garlic.

  3. Cook until fragrant, for 1 minute.

  4. In a bowl, combine the eggs, ham, heavy cream,

    cheddar cheese, chives, salt, and pepper

  5. Add the garlic, with olive oil and stir to combine.

  6. Spoon the mixture into ramekins and bake for 20

    minutes.

  7. Serve after.
